GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RoyalChewer.com accepts returns and exchanges on items sent back within the first 30 days of receipt, provided that the item remains in like-new condition and does not meet any of the disqualifying criteria listed below.

Items do not qualify for return or exchange if they:

• Show signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: evidence of dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, odors, etc.)
• Have been opened
• Have been damaged
• Were received more than 30 days ago.

All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt; please allow 3-5 days from the date the item is delivered for it to be processed and refunded. We reserve the right to deny credit to any items returned to us that are not in new, unused condition or meet any of the disqualifying criteria specified above.
